Thank you for giving us the opportunity to serve you. At all times we make every effort to ensure the highest quality processing is achieved. We appreciate your trust and confidence in the work we provide.
Getting your "stuff" to us
We provide several different ways to service your photographic and video needs. First, our delivery cars can pick the work up. You can send the work to us by any major carrier - FedEx, UPS, or USPS.
Another option that might work well for you is tranferring your digital files using our website dropbox or by email. The last option is to drop the work off personally to our lab located in Fairvew Park, a western suburb of Cleveland.
Rush Charges
The prices identified in our pricing guides are for normal turn around times. For faster service there will be a rush charge equal to $15.00 or an additional 50% added to the order, whichever is greater.
Remakes and Redos
Should an order be returned for a remake we require a few things from the customer:
1.) The order must be returned on a timely basis. All photographic orders must be returned within two weeks. All video transfer orders must be returned within three weeks.
2.) All original instructions and the order bag must be returned.
3.) The original material must be returned.
4.) Clear instructions regarding what is to be corrected must be supplied.
Limits of Liability
When you submit any material to Fairview Photo, that constitutes an agreement by you that any damages or loss caused by us, will entitle you only to replacement with the like amount of uexposed film and processing. Except for such replacement, the acceptance of the film is without other warranty or liability, expressed or implied, and recovery for any incidental or consequential damages are excluded.
