Frequently Asked Questions

Listed below are some of the more popular questions potential customers have to ask about our services.

Can we process C41, 110, and 126 film?
Yes. First we take the film and process it using C41 chemistry, scan the negatives to digital form, and then print.

Due to the age and condition of the negatives, the prints will reflect how the customer has maintained their film.

Do we print odd size, very old, black and white negatives?
Yes. There are two ways we can do this. We can do them in our true black and white custom photo lab or we can digitize the images, print them on our color printer, which produces excellent black and white prints.

For an additional charge, we can put your images on a CD for future viewing and or additional prints.

Do we process or print from disc film?
No. We cannot process disc film. However, we can scan already processed negatives and print them on our color printer.

Do we offer restoration and re-touching services?
Yes. Our skilled technicians are experts in many restoration and re-touching software programs. We can repair anything from rips, red-eye, faded images, fold, replacing heads, whitening teeth, and even removing an ex-boyfreind or girlfreind.

Do we transfer beta tapes to DVD?
Yes. We also can transfer European tapes (PAL) to DVD.

Can we transfer old stereo slides to DVD?
Yes. We can also do 110, 126, 127, 135 mm slides to DVD.
